I really like this place, however the chips are always undercooked each time I order. Today they over salted the whole pack and I could barely eat most of it… had to throw it away

Can't understand basic instructions. Like, what part of "I'll have four flakes wrapped seperately" dont you understand.? Also, the flakes are tiny, and the batter isn't very good. You shouldn't be charging $9.80 a flake at those sizes.

Best Fish n Chips in Melbourne. Entered the store around 7pm nice and clean. Friendly staff Nick was helpful and attentive. We had 5 adults and 1 child and the photos are the leftovers. Nice and fresh not saturated in oil. Highly recommended.

went to this restaurant based on the reviews and it really dissapointed me :( the chips were so yellow and soggy and the potato cakes looked like they’ve been re fryed over 2 times and the grilled fish was sooooo bland

By far the best fish n chips in our area. Such fresh 🐟 Beautiful batter Love their nz mussels 🦪 And their 🍔 are really good too especially the steak burger.🤗

Highly recommend this fish and chip shop. Everything is so delicious and cooked perfect. Not only is the food great but the shop itself is really really clean. Cleanest and tidiest fish and chip shop I've ever seen! I have recently discovered captains fish and chips in the last few months, the 10 minute drive or delivery fee is TOTALLY worth it!

I have completed several deliveries for this business and the same can be expected each and every time I arrive. Short, disinterested responses, and a genuine feeling of disdain shown towards me. However, I've found it isn't limited to just me. Other customers have been treated in much the same way by the young women who serve here. Would it hurt to offer a smile and make the customer (or delivery driver) 🤔 feel appreciated for having arrived to assist the business' continued success.? Afterall, it's free. The atmosphere is so cold in there, I'm glad to have the order and be on my way. Perhaps try with a smile or two folks. Uncle Bob your Delivery Pro.

Been coming here since I was in primary school. Went over last week to get some lunch, ordered a Calamari Pack and I'm salivating just thinking and writing this up at the moment. Great food at a very cheap price (check the menu for yourself). One of the cleanest and most organised Fish and Chip shops locally. Great customer service and the workers take great pride in their work despite the shop being small. Although small, it's work is constant and has a lot for itself to do. Highly recommend this place for a quick bite. So glad it's near my house.

I went there after reading the reviews bitterly disappointed ☹️ enough grease to sell back to castrol! We threw out 4 potato cakes ( raw potato,oily,burnt batter )and a pineapple fritter, struggled to eat the flake. Definitely not going back. sorry guys not good enough.😔 …
